Refund policy

Damages and issues

All Sales are final, unless the item you receive is defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days to report the issue to us at customerservice@nookalickle.com. Please include your order number, description of the problem and pictures, if possible. If an item has been damaged in shipping, a claim must be submitted to the carrier.

If a "Ready to Sell", personalized and/or custom order is defective, a store credit will be issued, however, Nook-A-Lickle does not guarantee a replacement of the item.
